Benelli Leoncino 500 possesses a circular LED headlamp and projector lamp at its centre, keeping the vintage vibe. The Benelli symbol on the tank and the sparse digital display are circular designs.
The motorcycle weighs 207 kg, and the ground clearance is 165 mm. On its front fender, the bike retains the ornamental Lion of Pesaro.
The minimal cladding, neutrally positioned handlebars, stretchy seat, and counterbalanced registration plate holder all maintain the gritty scrambler aesthetic.
The engine shell, front axle, and other components are lacquered in black to provide a striking contrast. The seat height is 815 mm, and the revised contoured seat works to give the rider and pillion more comfort.
The motorcycle is mounted on two 17-inch alloy wheels with 120/70 forward and 160/60 rear tires.
The body of the bike is a combination of red/silver (colour chosen) with black. The accessories, such as the seat, handles, mirrors, etc., are black, while the body is red or silver. The brand’s logo is in the front, just above the wheel, and on the sides of the body in the middle.

A 500cc liquid-cooled DOHC BS6 engine powers the Benelli Leoncino 500. The engine can produce a max power of 46.85 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 46 Nm torque at 6,000 rpm.
The engine has a bore stroke of 69 x 66.8 mm, and the compression ratio is 11.5:1.
The Benelli Leoncino 500 is equipped with an unbalanced twin-pod computerised instrument panel that shows the engine temperature, gear shift indicator, digital speedometer, digital trip metre, fuel level, and digital odometer.
The headlamp, turn indicators, and tail lights are entirely LED. The steel lattice frameworks give an agile and balanced ride, making Leonico’s performance fierce on the road.
It has a self-starting system, fuel injection supply method, wet clutch system and wet sump lubrication.
It has a pass switch, clock, adjustable windscreen, and passenger footrest for safety features. The exhaust system is a catalytic converter and oxygen sensor.
When concerning transmission, Benelli Leoncino has a six-gears transmission system.
The suspension duties are performed by a 50 mm inverted fork at the front suspension, while Hydraulic Monoshock (Rebound & Preload adjustable) perform the suspension at the rear. Adjusting the preload on the monoshock is a matter of seconds; the rider must turn an accessible large knob on the monoshock side.
The Benelli Leoncino 500’s braking system consists of 320mm dual discs at the front and 260mm single disc brakes at the rear. The braking is aided by dual channel switchable ABS (anti-lock braking system) that comes as standard.
