The Honda CB200X is a budget AVD motorcycle that Honda has introduced in India. The Honda CB200X’s design is based on the Honda Hornet 2.0 with some new and borrowed features. It is a minimal off-road bike to suit Indian road conditions.
The Honda CB200X has a starting price of 1.45 lakhs, a top speed of 130 km/h, and a mileage of 50 kilometres per litre. There is only one variant of this bike, and it comes in 3 colours. The bike has a 184.4cc engine with a max power of 17 bhp @ 8,500 rpm and a torque of 16.1 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. The engine is an air-cooled system along with a 5-speed manual transmission. Also included is a 12L fuel tank capacity and a 2.4L reserve fuel capacity.
The features of the Honda CB200X are faux air vents on both sides, a full LED headlamp, a tinted windscreen, knuckle guards with built-in LED turn signals, a raised handlebar, and an engine sump guard, and a fully digital instrument cluster.
Footpegs and re-designed ergonomics give the rider a comfortable stance on the bike, and the padded seat is another advantage. The disc brakes on both ends through a USD suspension setup on the front and a Monoshock on the rear give you great stopping power.
The top three competitors of the Honda CB200X are TVS Apache RTR 180, Hero Xtreme 200S, and Hero XPulse 200.
