The Design of Ducati Diavel 1260 has quite a unique and futuristic design that makes it stand out from the crowd with its large and muscular design.
The colour of the bike is very simple and clean-cut. The dark black brings out the true nature of the motorcycle, and the glossy shine and finish top it off. The red frame available on the Ducati Diavel 1260 S brings a distinctive touch to the bike and gives a stark yet beautiful contrast to the black.
The deep crater-like seat gives the rider a great sitting/ riding position and posture, and the raised pillion supports the rider’s back. The padded seat is also firm and soft to sit on when riding long distances or long hours without it becoming uncomfortable after some time.
The bike is built with a high-strength steel tube trellis and is paired with an aluminium swing arm. The new chassis ensures easy and quick manoeuvring at sharp turns and corners, making the bike ergonomic. The high handlebar and central footpegs also enhance and support the rider.
The tires on the Ducati Diavel 1260 are Pirelli Diablo Rosso III. The wide rear tire is made with a double mix technology which increases and improves the grip on the terrain. Furthermore, it uses EPT (Enhanced Patch Technology), which maximizes the ground contact at cornering angles; even the tire tread design makes a huge difference and ensures the bike delivers an unwavering performance.
Ducati Diavel 1260 Standard is available in one colour:

The Ducati Diavel 1260 is fixed with a 1262cc, L-twin-cylinder, desmodromic Ducati Testastretta DVT engine. The engine delivers a max power of 162 bhp @ 9,500 rpm and a peak torque of 129 Nm @ 7,500 rpm. The bike has a bore and stroke of 106mm x71.5mm.
The bike also has a Bosch electronic injection system on elliptical throttle bodies. It has a diameter equivalent to 56 mm, managed by a full Ride-by-Wire system.
The Ducati Diavel 1260 now comes with a hands-free system, meaning the ignition can now be operated without a mechanical key. With the electronic key with you, when you come close to the bike, about 11.5 meters, the bike will instantly recognize the key code and allow for the ignition. Then you can press the key-on button on the instrument panel and start the engine easily.
The high-quality TFT instrument display provides 4 display modes – Default, Classic Track, Full, and City modes, of which the latter three are matched with the riding modes.
The electrical box comes fitted with red backlit buttons. There is also cruise control, and in static or dynamic conditions, you can switch the riding mode and choose between these 3 – Sport, Tour, or Urban.
The Ducati Multimedia System (DMS) allows you to connect your smartphone via Bluetooth, where you can take calls, manage messages, and more through the display screen.
The full LED lighting at both the front and rear give you bright and clear visibility, lighting the path ahead confidently, no matter the weather conditions.
The Ducati Diavel 1260 is now compatible with the Ducati Link App and lets you customize the parameters of each of the riding modes (ABS, Ducati Traction Control, and more)
The Ducati Diavel 1260 gets 6-speed transmission and a slipper, and a self-servo wet multi-plate clutch with hydraulic control.
The front suspension used on the bike is a 50mm adjustable USD fork. The rear suspension has a monoshock, preload, and rebound adjustable with an aluminium cast single-sided swingarm. The suspension travel at the front and rear is 120mm and 130 mm, respectively. This suspension system provides a soft suspension and makes you feel like you are riding on a soft cloud. It dampens any harsh impact and gives you a good cushioning response to rough or rugged terrain.
The front brakes supplied on the Ducati Diavel 1260 are 2 x 320mm semi-floating discs, radially mounted Brembo monobloc 4-piston M4.32 callipers and PR18/19 radial master cylinder with cornering ABS. The rear brakes are a 265 mm disc with Brembo 2-piston callipers and cornering ABS.
Brembo is a well-known braking system that provides quick and efficient stopping power on all terrains, and no matter how fast you are going, you can quickly stop and slow down the bike in time. The Borch cornering ABS prevents the wheel from locking and skidding on the roads when sudden braking occurs.
