The 80s influence the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled’s design and visuals, and the bike takes on a neo-retro style look.

The bike’s new colour scheme, ‘Sparkling Blue’, is eye-pleasing and attractive with the added details of the red and white on the chassis and mudguard. Moreover, the metallic finish on the chassis gives the colours a much more polished and refined look, making the bike look beautiful and luxurious.

The frame is built with tubular steel trellis frames that provide top-tier strength and support for the rider. The teardrop-shaped fuel tank is not too bulky but relatively slim and smooth.

The black cushion seat is soft and well-padded. It is positioned in a way for a better riding posture, and as the seat is 860mm wide, you have more than enough space to move around. The front and rear mudguards are prominent and add to the bike’s overall aesthetic. The variable cross-section handlebar is comfortable and firm to grip and hold on to while riding.

The gold aluminium rims act as a complimentary contrast to the light glossy blue and are paired with Pirelli SCORPION™ RALLY STR tires.

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled gets powered by an 803cc, L-Twin, Desmodromic distribution, two valves per cylinder, air-cooled engine. It can produce a max power of 73bhp @ 8,250 rpm and a peak torque of 66.2 Nm @ 5,750 rpm.

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled has premium LED Lighting – headlights and turn indicators. The headlight has a glass lens and a DRL. It gives you superior visibility in all weather and conditions with any issues and paves a clear path ahead for you to keep on riding.

The bike is also equipped with Ducati Multimedia System, which shows you the selected gear and fuel level, the handlebar switch controls, hydraulic clutch control with an adjustable lever, and a safety feature added on the bike are Dual-channel Bosch Cornering ABS.

The bike also has an under-seat storage compartment with a USB socket and an LCD instrument.

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled has a 6-speed gearbox with a Hydraulically controlled slipper and self-servo wet multi-plate clutch. It has a straight-cut gear as the primary drive and a chain, front sprocket 15, and rear sprocket 46 as the final drive.

The suspension system fitted on the bike is 46 mm fully adjustable USD forks for the front. The rear suspension is a Kayaba rear shock, pre-load, and rebound adjustable with a double-sided aluminium swingarm. The front wheel and rear wheel have a suspension travel of 200mm. It gives you a plush suspension and a soft landing when riding off-road and on-road and can suit any riding conditions.

The front brake is a 330 mm disc, radial 4-piston calliper with Bosch Cornering ABS. The rear brake is a 245 mm piston floating calliper with Bosch Cornering ABS. These brakes provide strong and quick braking, and the Borsch Cornering ABS prevents the wheel from skidding when you suddenly brake at high speeds.
