Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 has two variants:
A 1252 cc air-cooled engine that powers the Pan America 1250, the bike can generate a power of 152.2 PS @ 9000 rpm and a torque of 127 Nm @ 6750 rpm.
The motorcycle features a Revolution Max 1250. It has an engaging performance with its expansive performance.
The power between the two variants is similar, and both have a 105 mm bore and 72.3mm stroke. It also features a slip clutch with a wet assist and eight plate gearbox.
Both variants include their alloy steel frame, electronically adjustable Showa forks and the updated TFT screen for a better 6.8-inch display.
Harley Davidson Pan American 1250 also has five rider modes available, which can be changed according to the rider’s preferences.
The Pan America Special has included other features like a skid plate, an adaptive LED headlight, and a dual-tone colour. It also has inserter spokes which is an extreme advantage over cast wheels.

There are only so many differences between the variants other than technical features.
The Pan America is a 1252 cc engine, while the BMW is a 1254 cc. It pumps out 143 nm @6250 rpm compared to the 127nm @6750 rpm of the Pan, but it is also liquid-cooled, unlike BMW.
The clutch is also pretty varied; the Pan America has a mechanical 8 plate with a wet assist. While BMW features an oil-lubricated hydraulically operated clutch.
Even though the power of the BMW is slightly better, the dimensions of the Harley are a lot better, giving way to more performance at 18.1 kmpl as opposed to 15kmpl of the BMW.
The design is also pretty varied—from the windshields to the storage and the seating, the BMW has a striking look compared to the sportiness of the Harley.
The Triumph Tiger gets priced at Rs. 19.39 lakh and is available in 4 variants, while the Pan America costs about Rs 18.25 to 2.90 lakh, depending on the variant.
The Triumph is available in 3 colour options, the Standard Harley is available only in two, but the Special variant has more options. The Triumph could have a better feeling; its power delivery snags and is heavier than the Pan America.
The design of the Harley can go either way, depending on the person, but the muscular looks of the Triumph cannot go wrong. It also lacks performance with only an 1160 cc engine and a 130 nm@7000 rpm.
The Pan America also has better dimensions in its bore and stroke. The Triumph has spoke wheels and better electronic features than the Harley, with updated cruise control and an onboard computer.
Both Ducati and Harley are available in two variants. The standard version of each is priced at Rs. 20.99 and Rs 18.25 lakhs, respectively.
The Ducati has a lower performance with a 1158cc engine and 125nm @8750 rpm compared to 128nm @6750 rpm for Harley. The Harley also has better bore and stroke dimensions and overall frame structure than Ducati.
Many features like a liquid-cooled engine, chain drive, a 6-speed transmission and an ABS braking system are similar.
The Ducati has a lighter weight, and even though it has lower performance, it has a more powerful engine. It is far more comfortable in highways, but the Harley is better for dirt roads and has better comfort in its seating,
The pricing is higher for Ducati and a lot more expensive to look after compared to Pan America.
