Hero MotoCorp has removed Passion Pro and Xtreme 200S 2V from its websites. Though the Passion Pro Xtec model and Xtreme 200S 4V is available on sale. Hero MotoCorp have launched 2023 Xpulse 200 4V and Xpulse 200 4V Pro, Xpulse 200T 4V, Xtreme 160R 4V and Xtreme 200S 4V. The new launch Xtreme 200S 4V comes with a new and more powerful engine setup along with improved braking setup. Adding sporty credentials were 6% more power and 5% more torque as opposed to the 2V model. The reason the 200S 2V is discontinued. Similarly, the hero had discontinued the Xpluse 200 2V, earlier.
In July 2022 Hero introduced the Passion ProXtec, to keep up with the competition and bring new updated models with modern features. The bikes get two variants: the drum and disc. The ProXtec model has few design changes and few additional features, the rest of the engine specs were the same as the Passion pro. Now after discontinuation of Passion Pro hero offers a better bike with more features and options for buyers to buy. Hero already offers both drum and disc sub-variants for the Passion Pro Xtec, prospective buyers can still make a choice, depending on their budget.
