Thoughts on the Upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 250
Suzuki has firmly established the way about confirming the launch of a new two-wheeler for the Indian market on the 20th May. However, the model is yet to be confirmed which will be done thoroughly closer to the date of launch. After the launch session, the new Suzuki Gixxer 250 will compete against the all newly launched bikes like and Yamaha FZ25 and Bajaj Pulsar RS200.
The all-new Gixxer 250 is likely to get an aggressive design and has been specially designed for India’s youth. After the research sources say the majority of the styling work has been done in Japan, whereas the power train has been re-developed with the Indian arm.
Upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 250 will draw the process of its creative nature from the smaller sibling and will offer a more muscular and aggressive look. This new bike is expected to get a sharp headlamp with an angular fuel tank with a lot of add-on cowl this it will add a wide look to the bike and will make it more highlighted in the crowd. Although the bike is not expected to offer an aggressive seating posture instead, it will offer a relaxed and straighter seating posture.
Gixxer 250 Expected Engine Specs:
The engine specifications remain unknown at the time. According to how they have deciphered it, as expected, we expect a 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine. The engine will receive a balanced tuning, for a decent performance as well as fuel efficiency. The engine is also expected to be BS6-compliant. The output will place the same right next to the Honda CBR250R and thus, expectations of the segment buyers are already high.
Suzuki gets a Single Overhead Cam (SOHC). Current 150 is also SOHC.
At presently it holds a vertically-stacked oil-cooler instead of a radiator. So, the Gixxer 250 will feature out its cost-effective air-cooling with oil cooler tech rather than only specifying on the costlier liquid cooling.
The engine is regarded as likely to deliver 22-23 BHP and 20 Nm of peak torque.
Dual Channel ABS
After the all new updates of upcoming Suzuki this time they will use a dual channel ABS unit instead of the single-channel currently available on their models. The upcoming Gixxer 250 is expected to be priced between Rs 1.4 Lakh to 1.6 Lakh. After the process of launching is done, it will compete against Yamaha Fazer 25 (Rs 1.43 Lakh) and Bajaj Pulsar RS200 (Rs 1.39 Lakh)
